About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Engagement Officer to join our team at RACQ. As a key member of our Member Engagement team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with members in a professional and empathetic manner, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with members to meet their expectations and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RACQ's products and services to provide accurate and informed advice to members.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by working collaboratively with colleagues and providing support and guidance as needed.
About You
  • You are passionate about sales and customer service, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional member experiences.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • You are a team player with a drive for excellence and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • You hold a minimum of a Year 12 High School Certificate and are eager to take on new challenges and opportunities.
