About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Engagement Officer to join our team at RACQ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing tailored solutions to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with members in a professional and empathetic manner, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with members to meet their expectations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RACQ's products and services to provide accurate information and advice to members.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by working collaboratively with colleagues and providing support and guidance as needed.
