A seasoned Commercial Leader is required to oversee and manage the commercial lifecycle across a portfolio of exciting projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and strategic oversight from pre-contract to final account.
The successful candidate will have at least 7 years' management-level experience in commercial and contract administration in construction, engineering or similar projects. They will possess a proven ability to manage complex commercial matters and provide strategic advice to mitigate risk.

- Driving continuous improvement across commercial practices and systems

- Collaborating with project managers, estimators, and design teams to deliver successful outcomes
