Job Title: Pricing and Performance Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Pricing and Performance Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the Analytics & Insights team, you will be responsible for developing strategic pricing plans that drive business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop multi-year strategic pricing plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide recommendations and analysis on short-term tactical Product and Pricing initiatives to support immediate business needs.
  • Mentor analysts to drive high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and risks associated with various mid-long-term product initiatives.
  • Develop commercial models to understand likely business impacts associated with initiatives.
  • Analyse complex data from various sources using multiple tools and techniques.
  • Create ELT and Board-level quality pricing strategy and commercial performance presentations.


Requirements:
  • Strong commercial experience in a product/pricing role.
  • Expert skills in Excel and SQL.
  • Experience in digital performance and listings models.
  • 7+ years relevant industry experience.
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering commercial business outcomes.
