Key Responsibilities:
- Forge and maintain impactful external partnerships through effective pitching, negotiation, and opportunity identification.
- Based in Melbourne CBD campus, may require working from or being based at other university campuses.
About This Role
The Dynamic Partnership Development Executive plays a pivotal leadership role in cultivating external partnerships and overseeing growth and diversification initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strategic vision and hands-on operational skills, excelling in relationship building that drives tangible business success.
Collaborating closely with the College Executive, you will lead efficient workforce training program operations and manage relationships with key stakeholders in B2B (Business to Business) and B2G (Business to Government) strategies.
In this position, you'll provide line management for key personnel, fostering professional growth while holding teams accountable. As a key member of the strategic leadership team, you'll work with the College Executive and VE Leadership Team to achieve operational goals.
Additionally, you may represent the Director of Partnerships on various committees and occasionally act in the Director's role. Embracing this opportunity can make a meaningful impact.
