
Retail Partnerships Leader

This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic relationship-building with in-centre retailers to drive national campaign success.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with retailers to support brands and enhance marketing initiatives.
- Create and implement effective retail partner engagement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Lead the development of proactive meetings and planning sessions using data insights and consumer research to optimize retail integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-impact presentations, pitch decks, and bespoke collateral.
- Implement process improvements to build a more agile and efficient partnership team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in building and managing relationships with retailers, proven campaign management expertise, and the ability to present complex ideas to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
They will also be comfortable working with data and reporting tools, and possess a leadership style that combines empathy, care, and professionalism.
