Senior Learning Strategist

As a Senior Learning Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and driving the learning enterprise strategy to deliver alignment in strategic outcomes across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of capability specialists and designers who deliver high-impact learning programs that meet the needs of the business.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision and framework for enterprise learning that supports the organization's strategy and drives business performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive the learning agenda to support the delivery of our strategic priorities.
  • Establish a network of highly collaborative relationships to achieve shared goals.
  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of innovative and high-impact learning programs.
  • Develop and implement robust governance learning standards to oversee learning and development initiatives.
  • Establish policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality across all learning programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary level qualifications at degree level in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Adult Learning or related field.
  • Leadership skills and experience, with proven ability to achieve objectives in a collaborative team environment.
  • Established experience in strategic assessment of learning needs and designing programs that meet those needs based on evaluation methodology.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering learning programs in a complex environment.
  • A commercial mindset, with proven ability to think systematically and outside the box to provide creative solutions.
