We have a unique opportunity for a Learning and Development Specialist or experienced Workers Compensation Specialist to lead, build and scope training as the standalone Learning & Development Lead role.

You will be joining a reputable organisation that has offices across Australia. This role is permanent and will be based in their Sydney CBD centrally based offices.

In this role, you will be working closely with Workers Compensation Specialists to establish employee capability requirements to bridge the gaps in developing programs across both project and BAU training.

**The Role**:

- Build strong relationships across senior management and leadership teams to understand business requirements
- Create, design and deliver BAU training programs align key strategic priorities
- Design and implement onboarding processes for new starters
- Implement claims management systems across the business
- Develop, coordinate and deliver technical w/c insurance training and
assessment programs for the national w/c team
- Ensure all compliance training is completed in a timely manner
- Prepare training resource materials modules, user manuals, training
guides, procedures, scripts and other resources

**Aout you**:

- Experience in working closely with senior management in worker's compensation industry
- Experience developing and facilitating learning workshops
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or willingness to obtain
- Willingness to work in a standalone L&D role, utilising Specialist and management for information sources
