This is an opportunity for a talented OD professional to take their next step in a dynamic environment that thrives working at a fast pace.

The People & Culture Team is looking for someone with experience of 2-3 years to develop and be involved in L&OD strategies guided by operational plans, including leadership and management development; culture and engagement strategies including surveys; employee experience: talent acquisition; learning and development curriculum.

This role will require collaboration with internal stakeholders to consult on the development of Learning and Org Development programs and ensure successful implementation across the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver OD programs aligned with strategic goals.
  • Create learning materials and facilitate leadership and soft skills programs for leaders and teams.
  • Design fit-for-purpose initiatives that support business priorities and projects.
  • Lead localisation and implementation of global initiatives.
  • Build networks to support consultation and collaboration.
  • Manage the L&OD Calendar.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant qualification in Education, Training or Adult Learning.
  • A passionate OD/L&D professional with prior experience of 2-3 years.
  • Someone with energy, creativity, and drive who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Tech-savvy with Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
