About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team at Chandler Macleod. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Management: Efficiently sort and direct incoming emails to the appropriate team members, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative and customer service assistance to both the team and sales managers, including document preparation, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Task Coordination: Assist in coordinating tasks and projects, ensuring smooth communication and timely completion of deliverables across departments.
  • Account Management: Handle basic account-related tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar administration/accounts role.
  • Ability to maintain relationships with valued clients.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a superior attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Excel experience (essential), Tencia or Arrow Accounting Software (preferred).
  • Driver's license (essential).
