On a Day-to-Day Basis You Will:

  • Ensure that people and their family and friends are at the heart of everything we do.
  • Support the Medicare Mental Health Centre vision and objectives and demonstrate our values.
  • Develop strong and positive relations with people their family and friends and others that access the Medicare Mental Health Centre hub.
  • Meet and greet clients and hub visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Provide information to people and their friends and families ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a confidential and sensitive manner.
  • Assist in the set up and pack up of the centre ensuring the rooms are left in a clean and tidy state at the end of each day.

About you:

Your strong computer and software skills will be crucial as you handle invoicing, client pricing, and liaise with contractors. With a focus on exceptional customer service, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for those who access our Medicare Mental Health Centre. We are also looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience working in an administrative and/or reception role within a similar environment.
  • Strong experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, Client Records Management systems and other computer technologies
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Courteous, with high levels of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
  • High attention to detail
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing work environments and requirements

  • Current NSW Driver Licence.
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or ability to obtain one.
  • Undergo a current and satisfactory Police Check.
