Job DescriptionJob Title: Relationship Associate

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Relationship Associate within Maxxia, where you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients, generating leads, creating sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships, running onsite activations, and promoting the Maxxia brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with a variety of clients, including Corporate, Not For Profit, Government, and Health.
  • Run onsite initiatives to enhance employee participation in salary packaging benefits.
  • Execute engagement plans with clients across all employer sites to facilitate product education via multiple channels.
  • Provide support to key client stakeholders and be available to answer queries.

You will be provided with comprehensive training and support to promote and sell our products effectively.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A self-starter mentality with a passion for sales.
  • The ability to plan, schedule, and forecast.
  • Initiative and lateral thinking skills to solve problems effectively.
  • A track record of achieving targets and meeting activity KPIs.
  • A full Driver's License.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
