We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Operations Manager to join our team at Scentre Group.
This is a permanent, full-time role with a Monday to Friday roster, plus a commitment to working one weekend per month.
As an Executive Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing a team to deliver exceptional service and achieve top performance.
You will oversee both Valet and Suite services, ensuring seamless operations and high customer satisfaction levels.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing processes, environments and technical operations in a service-based business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the physical environment, manage people, processes and ensure smooth commercial and technical operations of Valet and Suite services.
- Lead, coach and develop teams to deliver amazing customer experiences daily.
- Maintain customer service levels at the highest level by monitoring customer complaints, providing training and coaching on service levels.
- Roster management and budget oversight.
