The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of AU$120,000 per annum, plus benefits.
Job Description
The Pricing Solutions Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that align with our business objectives. This includes:
- Conducting market research and analysis to inform pricing decisions;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop pricing models and infrastructure;
- Liaising with clients' procurement and legal operations teams to negotiate commercial terms and pricing arrangements;
- Providing training and support to partners and lawyers on pricing best practices and tools;
- Contributing to the development of new pricing initiatives and solutions that drive revenue growth and profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A background in law firm pricing or pricing in another professional services environment;
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels of an organisation;
- Experience in bid and tender processes, and dealing with procurement and/or legal operations;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively;
- Proficient Excel skills with the ability to analyse raw data and draw out insights;
- Strong presentation skills and proficient in PowerPoint.
