Field Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Field Manager to oversee site deployment and maintenance for wireless telecommunications projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading field teams to ensure efficient project execution, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and managing vendors and procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site deployment and maintenance to meet specifications and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Lead field teams to ensure efficient project execution, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, including monitoring and reporting on safety incidents and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage vendors and coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess infrastructure needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to ensure project continuity.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for project tracking and reporting, including progress reports and quality assurance records.
- Foster positive customer relations throughout project lifecycles, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency, including process improvements and best practice implementation.
- Stay updated on regulatory compliance requirements in the telecommunications industry, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telecommunications and wireless operations, with a strong background in project management and team leadership.
- Strong technical knowledge of wireless infrastructure and telecommunications systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
