The Strategic Partnerships Loyalty Manager plays a crucial role in discovering and integrating new partnerships that yield commercial advantages. This role requires the assessment, development, and management of commercial relationships with external entities to enhance market value within the Customer Loyalty program.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in partnership management, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, along with a comprehensive understanding of the commercial loyalty partnerships landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Loyalty Strategy Development

Advocate for the Customer Loyalty value proposition Facilitate the onboarding and ongoing support of new partners Align collaborative initiatives with the Customer Loyalty strategy to ensure success

Partner Relationship Management

Cultivate and sustain robust partner relationships Address and resolve conflicts and challenges within partnerships Work in conjunction with sales and marketing teams

Performance Monitoring and Trend Analysis

Monitor industry loyalty trends and competitor activities Evaluate and report on partner performance using key performance indicators

Strategic Planning and Innovation

Plan and assess new initiatives in collaboration with business leadership Ensure that key stakeholders are informed about partner objectives Stay informed on industry trends and digital advancements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline 3-5 years of experience in commercial partner management or sales Familiarity with fundamental marketing principles for co-promotions Knowledge of loyalty concepts is advantageous but not essential Awareness of the current loyalty market, including key players and programs, particularly in retail, travel, financial services, and utilities Understanding of loyalty coalition mechanisms, analytics, and ROI strategies Solid grasp of loyalty programs and core loyalty principles (reward mechanisms, member engagement strategies, program optimization, etc.)
