About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Advisor to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims for small, medium, and large NSW employers.

You will accurately assess claims and ensure injured workers receive the correct entitlements on behalf of iCare, communicate clearly and empathetically with all stakeholders, prioritise your workflow to meet key timeframes and deliver a seamless experience, collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver proactive case management, and provide high-quality customer service to employers, injured workers, and legislative authorities through compliant, efficient, and timely support.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a passion for people and a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service, strong communication skills – you know how to listen, engage, and resolve issues effectively, a team-focused attitude with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, empathy and compassion for those navigating complex, often emotional situations, the ability to analyse information and make sound, timely decisions, experience in Workers Compensation or Personal Injury claims is highly regarded, and an allied health background is a bonus.
