We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to manage our clients' workers compensation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic claims and return to work advice, implementing ongoing management agreements, renewing or amending existing policies, and preparing detailed renewal and new business reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client's workers compensation program, including strategic claims and return to work advice.
  • Implement ongoing management agreements to meet client needs.
  • Renew or amend existing policies, including premium projections based on claims impact.
  • Prepare detailed renewal and new business reports for all clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A University degree or equivalent education.
  • NSW Workers Compensation Return to Work Coordinator Certification preferred.
  • Tier 1 Compliance preferred but not essential.
Key Skills and Experience
  • At least 1.5 years experience in front-end workers compensation claims management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build and develop relationships and liaise with clients at all levels.
