Senior Case Manager Position

This is a compelling opportunity for experienced professionals to join a newly established team in Newcastle, supporting injured workers and taking the next step in their career.

  • We are seeking individuals with a solid background in workers compensation claims management, either end-to-end or front-end.
  • Strong knowledge of NSW workers compensation legislation and its practical application is required.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across a range of stakeholders are essential.
  • Experience managing psychological injury claims, or a strong interest in developing this expertise, will be highly regarded.

About the Role:

  • To manage an end-to-end portfolio of workers compensation claims for a respected government client.
  • Oversee the entire claims process, from initial liability assessment through to resolution.
  • Work closely with internal leaders to share insights, contribute to reporting, and support team strategy.
  • Provide genuine support to injured workers while driving positive, sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
