Workers Compensation Specialist

This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of workers' compensation claims, from initial assessments to successful resolutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage claims, develop Injury Management Plans, and maintain accurate records.

  • Claim Lifecycle Management: Assessing liability, managing injury recovery, and ensuring efficient claim resolution.
  • Injury Management Planning: Developing strategies for effective worker recovery and return-to-work initiatives.
  • Communication and Record-Keeping: Maintaining clear lines of communication with claimants and ensuring accurate database entries.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in workers' compensation, return-to-work programs, or injury management.
  • Previous experience in managing claims and a deep understanding of relevant processes.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with relevant software systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interpret legislation effectively.
