Job Title: Shopping Centre Management Team Assistant

Are you a highly skilled and organised individual seeking a new challenge? We are currently looking for a team assistant to support our shopping centre management team in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will have some property experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. They will be responsible for supporting the team with day-to-day admin tasks, meeting and greeting visitors, attending team meetings, and assisting with social media management and content creation.

In addition, they will oversee residential management, work with agents, and maintain applicable spreadsheets, input key data for retail, residential, and commercial leases into the system, and drive our local business strategy to achieve greater business income through casual mall leasing (CML).

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly for a well-established company with an outstanding reputation. The role involves working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm in a warm and inclusive office environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Some property experience required - residential or commercial
  • Well-developed confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer savvy
  • Organised and a star multi-tasker
  • Great communicator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
