Senior Shopping Centre Leader

A high-achieving leader with strategic vision, responsible for driving operational excellence and team performance across a large shopping centre.

As the Centre Manager, you will lead the centre's strategic direction, manage operational teams to deliver exceptional presentation, compliance, and risk management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company objectives
  • Manage operational teams to achieve high standards in presentation, compliance, and risk management
  • Drive financial performance through effective budget management, income generation, and debtor control
  • Foster strong relationships with retailers, stakeholders, and community partners
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards
  • Mentor and develop team members to cultivate a culture of innovation and accountability

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Real Estate License/Certificate of Registration
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing a regional shopping centre in Australia
  • Strong knowledge of Retail Leases legislation and Trade Practices Act
  • Excellent numeracy and communication skills
