**Office Manager Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a full-time Office Manager position at a prominent shopping centre in Melbourne.

This role involves managing general office tasks, coordinating office functions, maintaining tenancy schedules, and documenting handover dates for tenants. You will also be responsible for reviewing leases, attending to queries internally and externally, and liaising with security, cleaners, and contractors as necessary.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum 3+ years' experience in a senior administration or office management role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience communicating with stakeholders.
  • Accounts and risk management experience with high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage all general office tasks and coordinate office functions.
  • Maintain tenancy schedules and document handover dates for tenants.
  • Review leases and attend to queries internally and externally.
  • Liaise with Security, Cleaners, and Contractors as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a senior administration or office management role.
