About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Shopping Centre Administration Manager, Property Administrator, Retail Manager or Lease Administrator to fill this exciting opportunity.

  • Centre Leasing & Casual Mall Leasing: Utilise your expertise to secure and manage centre leases, ensuring optimal occupancy rates.
  • Lease Administration & Management: Oversee the administration of centre leases, including rent collection and compliance with lease agreements.
  • Retail Management - tenant liaison for leasing and tenancy issues: Foster strong relationships with tenants to resolve any leasing or tenancy-related issues efficiently.
  • Manage tenant rental arrears: Proactively address and resolve any outstanding rental payments from tenants.
  • Assist with developing a leasing strategy for the centre: Collaborate with senior management to develop a comprehensive leasing strategy that drives business growth.
  • Assist with developing and managing the centre income budget: Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting of centre revenue.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of computer literacy. You will also possess a strong drive to learn, grow, and establish yourself in the retail sector.
