
Senior Partnership Builder

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Partner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and manage relationships, build successful partnerships, and deliver quality opportunities for our customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for championing the business as an employment service partner of choice, empowering and connecting customers to sustainable employment, interviewing and matching customers to appropriate jobs using their expertise, and working within the community to make a difference and support people through change.
About the Role- Source new employment opportunities using sales and relationship skills

- Interview and match customers to appropriate jobs using experience
- Work within the community to make a difference and support people through change
- Experience in sales and passion for business development
- Achieve and exceed targets
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with a strong focus on customer care
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic thinking with analytical and creative problem-solving approach
- Ability to obtain Working with Children Card
