About This Role

This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth and partnerships in the global fintech landscape.

As a Senior Director, you will lead efforts to expand our reach and impact through strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. Your expertise in navigating complex environments and building trust with diverse stakeholders will be instrumental in driving success in this role.

You will work closely with internal teams to develop scalable partnership models, support pilot programs, and shape global engagement strategies. Your ability to design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies will be critical in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships with multilateral organizations, DFIs, and NGOs.
  • Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with our global priorities.
  • Engage diplomatically and navigate complex stakeholder environments, particularly within multilateral and public sector ecosystems.
  • Conduct deep market analysis to identify key use cases, partnership opportunities, and desired outcomes in target markets.
  • Work cross-functionally to support the structuring and activation of high-impact partnerships, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders and external collaborators.
  • Foster a high-integrity partner-focused culture that supports rapid decision-making and scalable impact.
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of negotiating and closing complex, high-impact deals with C-level stakeholders. Your expertise in pipeline and territory management, as well as your ability to prioritize for growth and impact, will be essential in this role.

You should have a strong background in financial technology, blockchain, or distributed systems, and experience working in or with teams across diverse geographies. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required.

A passion for financial inclusion, humanitarian aid, economic empowerment, or adjacent social impact domains is highly valued. User-obsessed and data-driven individuals who balance intuition with experimentation, validation, and iteration are ideal candidates for this role.
