
Startup Ecosystem Builder

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will contribute to building and scaling startups within the largest innovation community in Australia, connecting with mentors and industry leaders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver skill-building programs for startup founders
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Coordinate startup events and manage large databases
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification and experience in community management within the startup ecosystem
- Sound knowledge of entrepreneurship methodologies such as lean startup
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal faculty staff and students across the university
- Experience representing Founders at industry events
