Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement QA initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor production, packaging, and finished product quality, reporting non-conformances and implementing corrective actions.
  • Evaluate products based on temperature, weight, expiry dates, record dates, and label verifications.
  • Perform calibration checks on tools and instruments.
  • Conduct raw material assessments and inspections.
  • Enter data using an iPad.
  • Participate in new product development trials.
  • Conduct internal audits.

Requirements:

  • Recent experience in QA or QC roles within the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and GMP principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Prolonged standing, lifting, and bending required.
  • Ability to work in a chiller environment and with raw and poultry products.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
