**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Officer

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our food safety standards and ensuring ongoing compliance to SQF and HACCP requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine and non-routine product quality tests
  • Implement quality assurance standards and procedures
  • Interpret quality assurance standards and procedures
  • Conduct label reviews for products, raw materials, and packaging
  • Support internal and external audits for food safety
  • Assist with investigations of customer complaints and non-conformance issues
  • Implement corrective and preventative action
  • Coordinate training activities to drive quality and food safety standards
  • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of the quality system

**Requirements:**

  • Knowledge of HACCP and SQF standards
  • Technical understanding of Quality and Food Safety
  • Proficient document control skills
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Good computer literacy - Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry is preferred
