Job Title: Culinary Team LeadAbout the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic culinary team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and mentor junior chefs to ensure consistency and excellence in food quality and presentation.
  2. Work closely with the Head Chef to develop menus, manage inventory levels, and oversee kitchen operations.
  3. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as compliance with food standards.
  4. Manage the recruitment, induction, training, and rostering of all kitchen team members.
  5. Craft meals tailored to various dietary limitations and allergies.
Qualifications:
  • Hold relevant Certificate III Cookery qualifications.
  • Extensive experience working as a Sous Chef or equivalent role.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in leading and motivating a highly skilled and diverse team.
  • Be able to work under pressure within a dynamic team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts as required, including weekends and public holidays.
