Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef in a similar establishment.
  • Formal culinary qualification or equivalent.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of OHS/HACCP protocols and procedures.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
