Leading Culinary Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality meals that meet the expectations of our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and deliver culinary excellence in all dishes prepared.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and materials.
- Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes, prioritizing quality and presentation.
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong track record of menu preparation and delivery.
- Knowledge of food hygiene practices and kitchen safety standards.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email and internet browsers.
- Able to obtain a current police certificate.
- Packaging up to $18,549 p.a. of taxable income.
- Five (5) weeks of annual leave and the ability to purchase more.
