Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Culinary Leader to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will be responsible for formulating culinary dishes, leading the kitchen and restaurant teams, and driving exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and support kitchen team members to ensure excellence and consistency in product delivery.
  • Oversee performance of kitchen team members, maintaining high standards of quality and uniformity.
  • Assist in menu creation and cost analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage inventory levels and oversee back-of-house expenses, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
  • Implement procedures to elevate presentation, sanitation, service, and product standards, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food standards, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Recruit, train, and roster kitchen team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Craft meals tailored to various dietary requirements and restrictions, delivering personalized experiences.
Qualifications
  • Hold relevant Certificate III Cookery qualifications and have extensive experience working as a Culinary Leader.
  • Exhibit exceptional leadership skills and ability to motivate a diverse team, driving results-oriented performance.
  • Demonstrate ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
