An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Head of Culinary Operations to lead the culinary direction of established restaurants and oversee the opening of a new hotel restaurant and bar, scheduled for late 2025 in Townsville.
We are seeking a dynamic culinary professional with a strong background in **multi-outlet operations**, administrative expertise, and a proven ability to manage budgets across diverse business units. This role requires hands-on involvement in openings and renovations while ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and innovation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all culinary operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence across multiple outlets
- Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance across the business
- Lead the development and execution of menus, maintaining high-quality standards
- Play a key role in the opening of a new hotel and the renovation of existing outlets
- Implement streamlined kitchen administration and operational procedures
- Recruit, train, and mentor culinary teams to drive performance and innovation
- Work closely with stakeholders to align the culinary vision with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
