The role will focus initially on Australia and New Zealand with the potential to support further market expansion.Required Skills:Channel Partner Manager, APAC - Reality Labs Responsibilities:Develop and lead Reality Labs B2B Commercial reseller partnerships in order to scale customer acquisition, category growth, and customer success for Reality Labs B2B productsEffectively localize global and regional strategies and programsDrive quarterly business plans with partners and own the day-to-day execution via a direct and active relationship with partnersBuild and execution of local strategy with managed partners and sales delivery via partner-led go-to-market activities and channel-sales plays, e.g. account-based marketing, co-selling initiatives, customer and reseller events, lead-generation campaignsTrack, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and run quarterly business reviews with regional & global partner exec teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams across Reality Labs including product, sales, customer success, partner engineering, legal, marketing, and PRPerform demand generation activities to support sales performance of the regionto be fulfilled by channel partnersWillingness to travel (up to 30%)Minimum Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:7+ years of relevant work experience in business development or partnerships at a SaaS company, or major technology hardware vendor in the B2B segmentExperience driving early stage product adoption leveraging ecosystems, channel partnerships, and strategies of scaleProgram management skills – you are at ease with managing various competing projects, keeping everyone up to date and following through on deliveryStrategic thinking – you enjoy seeking out the relevant information to craft strategic, long-term plans along with corresponding targetsNegotiation – a skill you have developed over the years in the channels space, understanding and even anticipating the push and pull factors is now second natureCollaboration skills – prior experience in creating multi region, cross-functional relationships to lead projects successfullyAnalytical – you leverage data to develop business plans, understand customers and market insight and analyze program effectivenessPreferred Qualifications:Preferred Qualifications:Professional working fluency in Korean to support Commercial market expansion opportunitiesIndustry: Internet
