Key Responsibilities:

  • Handles guest and employee enquiries in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Provides a courteous and professional service at all times.
  • Monitors and performs the daily rotation of Housekeeping stock.
  • Performs routine cleaning tasks throughout the hotel.
  • Delivers guest laundry promptly following Park Hyatt Sydney standards.
  • Assists with moving furniture for special room setups.

Requirements:
  • 1 year experience as houseman/room attendant in a 5 star hotel.
  • Manual handling ability.
  • Knowledge of hygiene standards.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
