About the RoleThis leadership position oversees the Front Office and Guest Experience departments, driving performance through strategic direction and collaborative teamwork. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to excellence, and a proven ability to cultivate high-performing teams.
- Set strategic direction in collaboration with senior leaders.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development plans for Front Office team members.
- Ensure effective selection, training, and evaluation of all team members.
- Drive performance through metrics and benchmarks, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain relationships with senior leaders and employees within the Front Office and Guest Experience departments.
- Closely manage labour and operating expenses through effective scheduling and budgeting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of excellence, and delivering exceptional results. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Developing and implementing performance metrics and benchmarks.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in a leadership role within Rooms Division in a luxury hotel.
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional results and exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
