About the Role

This leadership position oversees the Front Office and Guest Experience departments, driving performance through strategic direction and collaborative teamwork. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to excellence, and a proven ability to cultivate high-performing teams.

  • Set strategic direction in collaboration with senior leaders.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development plans for Front Office team members.
  • Ensure effective selection, training, and evaluation of all team members.
  • Drive performance through metrics and benchmarks, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with senior leaders and employees within the Front Office and Guest Experience departments.
  • Closely manage labour and operating expenses through effective scheduling and budgeting.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a leadership role within Rooms Division in a luxury hotel.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional results and exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
