Job Description

Our luxury hotel and integrated resort is seeking a skilled Bell Services/Valet Attendant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our front-of-house operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and visitors.

As a Bell Services/Valet Attendant, your primary duties will include:

  • Managing luggage and securely storing it in designated areas.
  • Providing insights into room features and technology to enhance the guest experience.
  • Offering valet parking services for vehicles and ensuring their safe return.
  • Driving and parking cars with precision, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid, unrestricted NSW driver's license.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Confidence in driving and parking vehicles, as well as navigating complex spaces.
  • The ability to remain detail-oriented in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong teamwork skills and autonomy, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues.
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude and desire to exceed expectations.
  • Experience working in hotels or fast-paced customer-service environments is advantageous.
