The Front Office Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk in a 531-room luxury hotel.
This key leadership role drives guest satisfaction, manages hotel inventory, and guides a large, dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure our guests receive exceptional personalized service and care
- Manage room inventory and allocations to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Lead, train and motivate the Front Desk team to deliver memorable guest experiences
- Handle guest concerns with confidence, empathy and sound problem-solving
- Oversee daily arrivals and departures, often exceeding 500 guest movements
- Support VIP guest preparation and liaise with other departments for seamless execution
- Drive performance through upselling, cost control and team engagement
- Maintain strong communication across all hotel departments for smooth operations
This role requires proven leadership experience in Front Office, ideally in a large luxury hotel setting.
