We are seeking a highly skilled L1 and L2 IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the delivery of exceptional IT support services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective resolutions to first-line issues, as well as assisting with some second-line problems. They will also manage and administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, support the Microsoft environment, and perform IT hardware and software installations.

Key Responsibilities- IT Support: Provide timely and effective resolutions to first-line issues, including troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
- Active Directory Management: Manage and administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Microsoft Environment Support: Support the Microsoft environment, including addressing general technical needs and challenges.
- IT Hardware and Software Installations: Perform IT hardware and software installations.
- Degree in IT or Equivalent Professional Experience: A degree in IT or equivalent professional experience is required.
- IT Helpdesk Experience: Approximately 2+ years of 1st line L1 IT Helpdesk experience is required.
- Complex Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to resolve complex technical problems is essential.
