Milestone IT is currently working with a leading client who is seeking an experienced Helpdesk Support Consultant to join their dynamic IT team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated support professional who enjoys solving problems, working with users, and providing high-quality technical support.Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support across the business.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory and Office 365.Manage user accounts, password resets, permissions, and access requests.Support hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when required.Deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.Skills & Experience:Strong experience in Active Directory administration (user/group management, permissions).
Solid knowledge of Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.Previous experience in a helpdesk / service desk support role (Level 1 & 2).
