Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned project coordinator to lead the delivery of a high-profile refurbishment and fit-out project in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily project operations and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and site cleanliness
  • Manage deliveries, scheduling, and progress reporting
  • Liaise with the project manager and client teams on project progress and any site issues
  • Ensure works are completed to a high standard and to specification
Requirements:
  • Previous experience managing refurbishment and fit-out projects
  • Trade background or construction qualification preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to run a tight, well-organised site
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and be able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
