Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead on-site construction activities for refurbishment and upgrade projects. This is a great opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in live environments and values clear communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
  • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics
  • Maintain strict adherence to build quality and architectural detail
  • Enforce compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and foster a safe, productive site culture
  • Conduct daily site inspections, meetings, and report on site progress
  • Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve design and buildability issues
Requirements
  • Trade background in carpentry or equivalent, with solid technical knowledge
  • 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role on refurbishment or fit-out projects within live environments
  • Proven ability to manage tight programs, intricate finishes, and coordination-heavy sites
  • A calm, solution-focused communicator who can lead from the front
  • Strong understanding of occupational health and safety legislation and construction methodologies
