Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our refurbishment projects from design through to construction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage refurbishment projects, overseeing the design development process with architects and consultants
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and risk plans
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management roles
  • Demonstrated experience in refurbishment projects (commercial and/or education essential)
  • Strong understanding of the design phase and early-stage project planning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
