Project Lead - Hospital Refurbishments

Drive impactful hospital refurbishment projects from start to finish, overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including scope definition, cost planning and forecasting, program scheduling, contractor engagement, and quality assurance.

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to bring projects to life, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project updates, progress reports, and issue resolution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project continuity.

For this role, we are looking for a skilled project lead who can drive results-oriented projects that meet client expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading complex projects, managing teams, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Requirements
  • Experience in project management or construction management, preferably in fit-out/refurbishment projects.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office Suite, with ability to adapt to new technologies and software.
