Job Opportunity: Store Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring the smooth operation of our trade stores.

About the Role:

This role will involve coordinating and supervising store refurbishments, fit-outs, relocations, and signage upgrades, while maintaining open communication with our property team and contractors. You will be responsible for triaging maintenance requests, preparing project schedules, securing manufacturing lead times, and overseeing key project KPIs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise multiple store refurbishment, fit-out, relocation, and closure projects from planning through to completion.
  • Act as the central point of contact and record keeping for store maintenance requests, triaging issues and coordinating solutions with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Manage on-site works during live refurbishments to minimize disruption and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Prepare project schedules, securing manufacturing & delivery lead-times, works quotations as required and overseeing the key Project KPIs to ensure that projects are delivered to the prescribed time-lines.
  • Maintain accurate records, progress updates, and defect management reports for all projects.
The Ideal Candidate:

You will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to travel both locally and interstate on a regular basis. Your strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure will be essential in this role.
