Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Development and Asset Managers to establish effective leasing strategies, conduct market research, and provide regular updates on financial and operating performance. Your ability to multi-task, take direction, and think critically will be invaluable assets in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Development and Asset Managers to develop and implement leasing strategies
  • Conduct market research and produce reports on current trends
  • Assist in due diligence of new investment or acquisition opportunities
  • Provide regular updates on financial and operating performance of assets
  • Support the preparation of internal papers and presentations for senior management
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in property, business, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multitask and take direction
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills with an innovative approach to problem-solving
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Benefits:
