We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Assessment Consultant to join our team at EBR. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to utilize their technical expertise and industry knowledge to deliver high-quality condition and dilapidation reports to our esteemed clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Building Surveying, Structural Engineering, Services Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying. A key aspect of this consultancy is the ability to assess property assets and provide comprehensive reports that cater to the needs of high-level institutional clients.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, experience in commercial building inspections, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality reports. They will also be proficient in communicating effectively with fellow engineers and consultants to gather relevant information and compile reports.

As a Senior Property Assessment Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their property and asset strategies, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will be responsible for producing accurate and informative reports that highlight the physical condition of commercial assets, including any potential issues or areas of concern.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with our clients and colleagues. You will also be highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

This role offers a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Our company offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for career growth and development.
