A key aspect of this consultancy is the ability to assess property assets and provide comprehensive reports that cater to the needs of high-level institutional clients.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, experience in commercial building inspections, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality reports. They will also be proficient in communicating effectively with fellow engineers and consultants to gather relevant information and compile reports.

As a Senior Property Assessment Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their property and asset strategies, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will be responsible for producing accurate and informative reports that highlight the physical condition of commercial assets, including any potential issues or areas of concern.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with our clients and colleagues. You will also be highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
