Site Maintenance Specialist

Our organization is a leading provider of lifestyle communities and holiday parks across urban and coastal markets.

As a Site Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the site's appearance is maintained at a high standard. This includes administering repairs and maintenance to tools, equipment, and machinery, as well as performing garden labour tasks such as pruning, weeding, hedging, and mowing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Attending to general repairs to accommodation and amenities
  • Maintaining safe use and storage of materials, consumables, and gardening equipment
  • Stripping beds, removing linen, cleaning and maintaining exterior villa windows, decking, pathways, etc.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a handyman or in a maintenance position
  • Driver's Licence
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Great customer service skills, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail
