We are in an exciting period of growth and looking for a talented Marketing Specialist for JUMP Swim Schools.
The Role
Our Marketing Specialist will look after the execution of national and local marketing plans, with a strong focus on venue-level support.
As our Marketing Specialist for JUMP Swim Schools, you will focus on Local Area Marketing (LAM), digital briefs, content creation and campaign rollout. Tactically focused on implementing and supporting existing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management - Executes national and local campaigns, supports content creation, manages ad approvals, and monitors performance
- Content Creation - Develops content across all channels (social, email, print, web), Supports photo/video shoots
- Franchisee Support - Provides training, responds to requests, and facilitates internal communication.
- Collaboration - Collaborates with marketing, design, digital, product, and operations.
About You:
- Experience Required - 5+ years in marketing, with strong campaign and content experience
- Tools & Platforms - CMS, email platforms, social media, CRM tools (Similar tools, with emphasis on MSDynamics, Click Dimensions, Canva, Oktopost, and Wordpress.
- Skills Emphasis - Project coordination, social media management, stakeholder management.
